online purchase-- then noone to blame but yourself. 5 minutes and your license shows up in your mailbox in a week.

Dakota, you are correct. I do take some responsibility. No snowflake here. Had I been checked by a game warden, I would have owned it. I was reiterating a point Len had made that I did not heed. I also take responsibility for that.

Lucky for me I can purchase mine, my wife's, and daughter's at the local hardware store. Took about 10 minutes and everything is correct.

I wish I could order mine online. Disabled Vets have to go to a store and present a disability letter. You would think that information could be stored in your profile.

Make sure and download the Texas Parks and Wildlife Outdoor Annual App! All regulations and limits in it and you can link your hunting license to it so you have a digital copy of it as well.

Started online after it took 3 store employees waay to long several years ago. I'm sure the tight arses will complain about the $5 convenience fee, but they'll spend 20-30 minutes on getting one in a store(especially if there is a line) and B***h about it.
At first I complained about the $5 fee but then realized I could buy mine and my 2 boys licenses all together online, and the fee covered all of it and shipped free. And again, no hassle or stupid clerks.
