And he is BIG for a GSP. He looks skinny but is tall and weighs about 85 lbs. We call him a spider dog for his long legs.

We ve got 2. They are both awesome. One is a duck hunting loon. The other is a quail pointing nut. They both are really good hunters, as aell as house dogs. Both dogs sleep with 2 of our kids. When our third son gets bigger we will prob get a 3rd gsp for him. They have energy, but we let them out all day and take em swimming to work on duck drills everyday also. Theyre like having 2 more kids. We love em!

            Ours turned 13 weeks today...
He is one hell of a ball full of energy, but they are such a smart breed they can definitely be trained incredibly well.

Haha, our pup I posted above is also named Remmie, but with 2 M’s.

These are my two. Bandit and Tillie. They’re phenomenal family dogs. Bandit, the smaller is fabulous with children, he even accompanies my wife to nanny a 6 month old. He’s durable, kind and affectionate. My female is insanely easy to train, very responsive and eager to please, much higher motor and prey drive. These are my 5th and 6th, won’t ever have another breed. James at Texas GSP Ranch in Muenster is an awesome breeder and both my Texas pups have come from him.

Third... every trip....my wife can’t get ready without the dogs guarding the bathroom door looking outwards. They’re insanely loyal.
