Probably Sweetwater since I have buddies from there. Don't really have anything bad to say about any small town or really any town I've been to in Texas.

I know people that live in or go to school in Alva. It's only a few hours from where I live. Nice town.

              Amen!!!
The California folks moving to boerne have no problem paying $50,000-$100,000 for a “ ranch 10ac “per acre

We will move to tarply or MCCoy, wife wants Ada / sulphur Oklahoma

I really enjoyed living in Stephenville area, but that chapter of my life is over. Llano county will always be home from growing up there. Unfortunately there's a lot of people moving in from Austin and the ranches are getting smaller and smaller. I'm skeptical of how the area will be in 20 years. I ended up on the opposite end of the state due to my career. I enjoy the big trees and a couple other aspects I guess.

Too many tourists in Fredricksburg so everything is always so crowded if you have to "go into town".
