I am loving working from home. Hope we never have to go back to the office. I don't miss I-10 at all at 4:30 am in the morning!

Im on board with this. Those 4am mornings are tough. I sure am enjoying my extra savings on gas too!
I will say though, I have to go somewhere every couple days. Because not leaving the house for 3-4 days will make you crazy!

This is mostly because of distractions at the home that I wouldn’t otherwise have at the office.

I can do it for a little while, but then cabin fever sets in. Like a previous poster, I’ve been going into the office every day which has been nice since hardly anyone is there. The traffic is a cake walk, too! The only bad thing is there are practically NO restaurants open near my office. Found a Denny’s that was open. First time in my life I’ve ever been to one. Last time, too.

I love it. I have freedom and can squeeze in a walk, or a quick errand if I need to. No commute give me extra time during the day for things I need/want to do.
You have to be very structured and disciplined. I use To Do App to line out my tasks the day before. But I’m not sure I could do it if my job didn’t require me to call on customers. I’d go nuckin futs if I had to stare at excel or worse lines of code with no interaction.
The thing I dislike is a) my wife thinks because I’m home I should also move a load of laundry or unload the dishwasher. Had to put a hard stop to that quick.
I also find I work more because it is convenient. I started at 7:30 this morning and worked solid until noon. 45 min lunch, but read through some
Morning emails. Then 1-5:30. I will Work on a pair of new proposals this evening after the kids go to bed.

My wife was doing ok with it especially not driving in traffic. She got let go a few weeks back and now she is even busier with selling Color Street Fingernail cover things and jewelry. She goes all day and night and loves being her own boss. She has been offered a position (Kind of, at least they are pushing her to apply) at a college paying more and closer to home, she wants it but I think she would rather do the nails and jewelry and stay home.
