I've never seen anything like that. I agree with others, looks like both front shoulders tore loose, allowing her front end to sag.

I asked my biologist and this is what he said:
Every now and then you see pics of deer with this condition (had a buck from Burleson county a few years ago, but only on 1 side, not both) . While not common at all, it pops up often enough. It would take a necropsy to see exactly what is going on, but it is apparent that the either the muscles that attach the shoulder to the body, or the nerves feeding those muscles, have been injured. Difficult to say what the proximate cause may be. But, in every case that I’ve heard of, the deer appear to act normally and are generally health otherwise. We had hundreds of pics of the Burleson buck, and the shoulder appeared disfigured in about 75%, but normal in remaining pics. Other than the possible inability to evade predators, it probably shouldn’t be anything life-threatening. Hope this helps.
