Ice water will cramp me up. I'm OK going with straight tap water.

Serious question.

I carry a 2 gallon jug of ice water with me at work. I work outside in the sun the ice generally doesn't last all day.
I want to drink it in 8 hours.
How often do I drink 12oz of water?

8hours = 480 mins
2 gallons = 256 oz
256 / 12 = 22 gulps
480 mins / 22 gulps = 22
You will need to gulp 12oz every 22 mins to finish those 2 gallons in your 8hrs shift
