I usually fill up a 32oz bottle, chug an go back to work. Still get the cramps and still thirsty.
Waiting to try a different approach
Like you, I work outside and most days I take in 1.5 - 2 gallons of liquids. Minimally, I try to make 1/4 - 1/3 of said fluids to be something that contains vitamins and minerals.

Body Armor, Shamrock rockin protein and Sqwincher hydration packs are what I take. When I do Keto I have to take Magnesium and Potassium pills and still get cramps sometimes. When on Keto I do the Lyte Body Armor drinks.
If you add magnesium and potassium pills you should see a benefit rather quickly in my opinion. Full disclosure, I am not a medical professional so take it for what it's worth. As far as the thirst, try an ice cold Topo Chico with lime and salt.Last edited by Pedernal; 06-18-2020, 06:17 PM.
