I usually fill up a 32oz bottle, chug an go back to work. Still get the cramps and still thirsty.

If you're getting cramps, you might want to try to add some electrolytes.

Where is everyone getting 22 minutes. I believe it should be every 40 minutes.

2 gallons of water will flush your body on necessary electrolytes... You are going to get cramps and feel un-energized in my opinion.

Like you, I work outside and most days I take in 1.5 - 2 gallons of liquids. Minimally, I try to make 1/4 - 1/3 of said fluids to be something that contains vitamins and minerals.

Use the ice for beer for after work and you're back to 22.5 minutes per 12 oz of water.

Body Armor, Shamrock rockin protein and Sqwincher hydration packs are what I take. When I do Keto I have to take Magnesium and Potassium pills and still get cramps sometimes. When on Keto I do the Lyte Body Armor drinks.

If you add magnesium and potassium pills you should see a benefit rather quickly in my opinion. Full disclosure, I am not a medical professional so take it for what it's worth. As far as the thirst, try an ice cold Topo Chico with lime and salt.

1 to 2 Furlongs per Fortnight. Just an estimate.

What your doing could kill you, it happened to a well known member on this forum. As Pedernal pointed out, you need to replace your electrolytes, especially salt. Sports drinks actually work but only drink one for every 3-4 waters. You should also take in some solids, bananas are a nice potassium boost and when I get really hot I crave salty tortilla chips. There has also been a lot of hype about pickle juice and I'll have to say so far I'm impressed.

Like said above on the electrolytes. Running strait water and sweating a ton is running a risky game. Milk is also great hydration if you can drink a large glass a good hour before your hit it hard or when you have a sizable break.

Pickle juice works for me, a big swallow in the morning and again in the evening.

When you get the urge. LOL I take a pee pill every other day. I have to go every 30 minutes on those days. LOL

Just drink Coors light like I do. No cramps at all.

In the heat (fighting fires in the summer gets pretty hot) I drink 3 to 1 ratio of water to gatorade. You can get gatorade in a powder form to mix in your container.
