Serious question.

I carry a 2 gallon jug of ice water with me at work. I work outside in the sun the ice generally doesn't last all day.
I want to drink it in 8 hours.
How often do I drink 12oz of water?

you will make ice in a yeti thereby freezing all your water and your problem is solved. No more drinking.

1 gallon is 128 ounces, so you have a total of 256 ounces of water which is 21.3 12 ounce "drinks". If you divide 8 hours by 21 you get one drink (12 ounce drinks) every .38 of an hour. Roughly if you drink 2.5 drinks (12 ounce drinks) per hour you would be on track.

Two gallons is a lot for one day! I try to drink a gallon a day, and water wherever (if) we go to lunch as well. I just try to take a couple big gulps every time I get to the work bench.

Like posted above, set a reminder on your phone or make a mental note to drink every 20 minutes!

I’d imagine the ice won’t last him too long in the Texas heat, but bump it up to 30 minute increments [emoji23]

I usually fill up a 32oz bottle, chug an go back to work. Still get the cramps and still thirsty.
Waiting to try a different approach
