            What pellet grill?

            After owning a Rec Tec and now a Pitts & Spitts I can tell you the quality is night and day difference. I really enjoyed my Rec Tec and it was a well built unit but it didn’t hold a candle to the Pitts & Spitts in quality or performance.

              That one, yes I did.

              I switch between foil and butcher paper. Longer cooks I use foil, leave it slow and low for a longer period of time and then kick heat up at the end. Shorter cooks I use butcher paper and keep the heat more consistent.
