Pools are expensive!!!

We put a pool in a while back, and I have to say my family thoroughly enjoys it, I don’t regret it one bit. I will say I was not prepared for the $150-$200 worth of electricity it uses a month and $150 or so worth of propane it uses every month.

Good Lord, are you heating the pool with propane?

250 gallons of propane lasts us 3- 4 months and we use our spa at least twice a week. Plus we have other things in the house that use propane.

Take all that money you would spend on the pool and upkeep, buy some acreage, and dig a pond.
