Herman....the gift that keeps on giving. What an example for young, impressionable kids. I can’t think of a better person to be a mentor for these young men.

I’m afraid he flames out too soon. He really is s clown. They have struggled at that position since since firing Mack Brown.

All things considered, I think the horns knocked it out of the park today. This could have turned out really really bad. Herman - go hire us an OC that can run the offense and call plays, and get this **** show back on track!

Or not.......and probably get fired in 2020......

I doubt that happens. It's Herman's O and will remain that way. It has been really good for most of the last two years after taking over play calling. He needs to stop leaving points on the field, take the 3 and stop taking his foot off the gas with a lead. He'll hire an OC/Position coach to satisfy people. Otherwise Harrell would have been the guy.

2019 College Football - Bowl Season Bickerin'

Overall pleased with Texas class considering Texas lost all the momentum from the Sugar Bowl, had a terrible season, let go both coordinators plus a WR coach and still managed a good class.

This was always going to be a small class so with 16 signed, Herman said probably sign 4 more. Going off of average star recruit, their class sits 5th so the quality is there. It’s not going to be ranked that high only taking 20 kids overall when it’s all said and done.

This might be the best OL signed at Texas in years, stud RB, and two exciting players at QB. Now let’s see the how the staff shakes out.

Best news of the day is 2019 RB recruit, Derain Brown has been cleared for physical activity after suffering a stroke less than a year ago. Awesome news.
