I would say Easternmost Mule Deer would be more in the North Texas area up East of Childress/Peducah

This is pretty much it, the mules start on the Western edge of Paducah. I have seen one in Archer county, and Throckmorton.

We saw some quail hunting in Cottle county about 15 years ago.

Interesting that their range doesn’t include Gaines Co hahaha

I've always been told this as well. My wife's family hunted in Pandale from around 1996-2005 - the property bordered the western side of the Pecos - they shot one Muley that I know of in that time.

I've seen mule deer 10-15 miles east of Guthrie in the panhandle.

Well, mule deer aren't known for their map readin' skills. One time I asked a mule deer buck where the whitetails were hidin' and he looked at me like a cow staring at a new gate.

I’m afraid the sand fleas missed pretty bad on that one.

I have killed mule deer 15 miles out of Rotan, tx and seen both mule deer and pronghorn in Sterling County. Sterling Co is 2 counties east of Midland co
