Creaky Joints spooking deer- any ideas/ remedies?

Back in '72 I had put the move on a small 6 point in Bosque County.

He walked past me with a cedar between us. I was gonna shoot him going away with my trusty Bear Kodiak Magnum. I was squatted and was going to put my right knee down for a bit more stability and it popped...........real loud on a cool quiet morning. Deer took off like the Saturn 5 rocket.

Don't have any suggestions for the old creaking bones other than keep after em.

I will warn you that Crystal Light is full of Aspertame, I have seen it put healthy people in serious joint pain. Bad bad stuff sir.

I'm 60 and don't have any popping. I didn't play football but ran distance. I do have to pop my fingers in the blind but I do that very slowly. Not as satisfying but gets the job done.
