May be big enough? I think the point is you have no idea what their storage capacity is, if they are already producing at full capacity in the offseason to get them built up plus also keep their custom side rolling, nor the capital it would take to increase their assets to make more and store more. Then there is the dreaded inventory taxes if not sold. But again, I don't either....which is why the onus is on the procrastinator . And yes he has many more choices....which he should take advantage of...
You just can't ever admit you're wrong. If you can't see that people bringing bows in last second or buying windows last second is two totally different things then I can't help you. The company has zero control over the first but could stock up inventory for the second. It's really not a hard business tactic.

Of course I say "may" It's not my business. I don't run it. I don't know how many windows they sell. I just know if they run out of windows each year right before season starts it's obvious they could produce more throughout the year while it's slow.

The only leg you have to stand on would be if this year sales unexpectedly ramped up and that's why they ran out. If sales didn't jump up then the business is leaving money on the table and ticking customers off for no reason.

Business need to take a little risk. To say they may have to pay inventory tax is dumb. I never said nor suggested they make a million extra windows so they never run out. It's real simple, look at the sales pattern over the past few years and make enough to get somewhat into deer season.

Some Lowes will stock replacement aluminum mobile home windows. Project Source brand. $30-$50 depending on size. Outside mount. Worked well on a few blinds for me.

I have had windows made at Dickinson feed before. One set was very sturdy and the other was complete crap. $$$$ in price as well.

Thanks for the kind words gentlemen.

We supply to hundreds of blind manufacturers as well as the individual building their own stand. Earlier in year; equates to a lesser lead time. Closer to season; equates to a larger lead time. We never shy away from letting you know what that lead time is.

As always our manufacturing time is located on the home page of our website; than also noted on your email confirmation as well.

I realize it happens this be hashed out but when I need windows I roll by ultramatic (also a sponsor) on the way home and buy what I need. They've always got what I want in stock

Thanks for this bit of info. I stopped in there yesterday on the way home from a business trip and picked up what I needed. They have a better selection of doors than most, if not all, others.

I ordered from Deer View, once. Per email said 7-10 days. It took 26 days and that was in June. Communication was lacking and door was damaged but he made it right. Maybe an isolated incident. Good quality product nonetheless.

Hunted a buddies blind and he has maxxed windows and I really liked them. Will give them a call for my next build here in a few weeks.

I just took delivery today of a new set of 48" x 11" sliders for one of my Atascosa blinds. Ordered online two weeks ago. That's faster than what they have advertised. I use them on all my blinds. Great product.
