    Deer View Window Alternatives?

I have and like their products in several of my existing blinds, but 5 week manufacturing time doesn't cut it and having to call to get the TBH discount doesn't fit my work schedule. I was okay with waiting a couple weeks in the past, but over a month now for non-custom order sizes now just doesn't make sense. Even more aggravating is that there is nothing about backorder or having to wait a month and a half until after you've already paid.

I'll wait for delivery and eventually put them to use, but season will be half way over by anticipated delivery date.

Anybody found same or similar products from an in stock vendor?

Are there any McCoy’s building supplies in your area? My local one has some in stock that appear to be deerview or very similar.

Last year I was in the same boat and told them to cancel the order. They then contacted me and I got them before I needed them.

What size you need and how many?

I have some in storage at deer camp I’d be willing to part with.

                I have 4-6, but I don’t recall the size.

Try the Original Deer Blind Window Co. I ordered my windows and had them the next day. I was in the same situation and could not wait five weeks.

Am I understanding that you waited until the week before bow season starts with everybody else and wonder why there is a month wait on deer blind windows and are upset about said wait?

There being a wait makes perfect sense to me. Everybody and their dog waits till the last minute to “get ready/build blinds” and buys everything they have made in stock. They sell out of what they thought they needed in stock and now have to replace inventory. It happens

I ordered in March last year and got them in a week.

Maxxed Outdoors deer blind windows are made with a continuous one piece high impact frame to ensure no leaks and years of use

Great folks, good windows, at a good price.

                        My question as well.

Why was the Archery Range so crowded last Saturday?
Why is the gun range so busy the last Saturday in October?
Why can’t I get my taxes done on April 14th?

Plan ahead. That’s why God gives us the Off-Season.

Sarcasm duly noted. I've been properly shamed for procrastinating. I'm glad you got yours done in March... my previous blind had not yet been destroyed at that point. But no, I did not indicate that I am wondering why they are busy. I've got a pretty good grasp on the concept of supply and demand.

Dismissing the issue as being a bad practice on the part of the consumer doesn't change the bottom line business consideration that all of my previous windows have come from there but now I am now evaluating multiple competitors that I was previously unaware of. Supply and demand here is an equation that the supplier has to guess correctly, not the consumer. God bless capitalism!

Considering a business needs to work within their capacity and asset constraints, “guessing” could be maxed. I’m going to assume they are plenty busy with a 5 week wait. Hopefully they survive. I’m
                            Holding another blind next spring.

This is who I ordered mine from for the exact same reason, and that was during the summer.
