I don’t have any idea what y’all are talking about. But I used an ol boy who is a family friend last time. He’d call me a moron before he’d watch me prove him right. When we got there he started looking at papers and said “we aren’t closing today” and started Circling things on a sheet just like that. He laughed a few people out of the room. The title company lady or banker or whoever it was, balked.... and we closed a couple days later for like 4 or 5 thousand dollars less after he got done talking to everyone’s boss but mine.

That was in ‘09 when things were a little weird.

If you don’t know what you’re looking at, find someone you trust. I’d trust Trey or Rod...and I still don’t know what most of that is.

Always have “A Guy”.

My wife is a producing manager for Regions mortgage.
They have 0 origination fee.
Usually through in some points on good clean deals.
Etc.
If you're a physician she has deals no one in the industry can touch.
