If you like them, I suggest the Potatoes Au Gratin as a side. The best I've had!

At a place like Dakota - I ALWAYS go for the filet / potatoes / sautéed mushrooms

Mike Anderson's in Baton Rouge is great in a family-friendly way.

The Russian Tea Room in NY was certainly impressive.

I tend to like the County Seat Cafe in Groveton. Best chicken fried steak around.

I would say NOT. The Sale Barn Café in Groesbeck is the best chicken fried steak around.

Reata in Fort Worth is good. Probably fanciest I’ve been to but not that fancy.

Beehive in Abilene or Albany.

Joe Allen’s in Abilene best steaks I’ve had.

Ate at some restaurant at the Ritz Carrolton in California. Ended up dropping close to 3 grand on 3 people...yes, you read that right, $3,000. Luckily, I was able to expense it.

North shore Maui. Everything about this place is magic.

Would love to go there. Heard lots about it.
