I won! Not guilty

So I had a thread a few months back I wanted to update. Was charged w speeding in a school zone. I have a cdl. The lights were not flashing times werent posted all kinds of mess. Well. The time came today, had to go to trial. I represented myself. I won. Had to question examine cross examine etc. I was ready and held my own. Not guilty!

Yes. He was not happy. He wanted to go the route of my attitude and behavior. I told the court we we re not there to discuss either, that the charge was speeding. But since they wanted to go that route I would play. The officer said he felt threatened by my actions that I wasnt complying. Went to the dvd. Hands up, did everything to comply, I did it w an attitude, but my attitude was a mirror of his. The judge asked the officer how did I not comply? His answer was to say he did not wish to answer the question. The officer testified the states equipment could be considered faulty. He also testified knowing the lights were faulty he was 100 percent ok w still writing tickets.

I would be submitting some court records and video on up the chain of command
And request a copy of the disciplinary report
