I'm so stoked!! 
I got confirmation in the mail today from the mortgage company that my house in Katy is mine! My account balance is now negative (I get what I over paid back in a few weeks). Its been 12 long years but I finally did it. There were many times; mostly in the beginning that I tought I wouldn't be able to keep up the extra payments. When I bought the place in 1997 at the age of 26 I wanted to have it payed off by the time I was 40 and it worked. I still can't believe that its done. I need to get on the Ramsey plan now and start saving. Gotta love it when a plan comes together.
