Boy I bet that is good on chicken breasts and pork chops on the grill. I sometimes do it with Ranch Dressing mix.

If you try it Billy, make sure you get Lipton brand... have tried others, but the flavor of the Lipton's is the one that works best for me.

I'm a big fan of their sauce ...especially the hickory......and yes I like sauce on a lot of BBQ whether it is needed or not....

Heavy Kosher salt and heavy coarse black pepper.....that and the smoke is all you need. The other additives are just fluff..

I like the Salt Lick Garlic Rub, it is pretty spicy but I like my BBQ spicy.

Most of the places that use salt and pepper only also have generous amounts of sauce to go with their food. To me good BBQ doesn't need sauce. Just my preference.
