            HEB brand brisket rub is pretty dang good, if you have HEB near you.

              Heavy Kosher salt and heavy coarse black pepper.....that and the smoke is all you need. The other additives are just fluff..

                Adams brisket rub is very good. Like Smart said above is pretty much as good as it gets.

                          Kosher salt and coarse grain black pepper

                          50/50

                          Sometimes 60/40 heavy black pepper

                          Sometimes a touch of paprika for color

                          Different for ribs though
                          I use store bought for ribs

                            I use Brisket Magic mostly however I will from time to time to a Kosher Salt, Coarse Black Pepper, Garlic & Onion powder mix.

                              I and my family really like the Southside Market rub. First tried at Southside Market in Elgin but then found it later on at HEB...Really good stuff
