considering changing insurance companies and am looking for feedback about germania insurance (auto and home), personal experiences with customer service, rate creep, claims processing, etc

My parents had Germania and I had to handle worst case scenario with Germania. They helped a lot I give them two thumbs up.

I am a huge fan! TBH's very own JT Howard has been my agent for years. We had a huge claim two years ago and it was smooth as glass. I didn't have to argue on anything. They paid everything I thought should be covered plus several things I would never have thought of. Two thumbs up.

No complaints here after 15 yrs with them .

Home, auto and life. Had to make a claim on everything but the life policy (thank God it’s on me! ).

All claims were handled swiftly and to our satisfaction. Truth is we have had multiple auto claims, and my wife averages a speeding ticket a year, and I don’t think our rate has gone up.
