feedback on germania insurance

25 years with no issues. One minor car accident and two new roofs. No issues and they paid all three claims.

A couple of years ago I shopped around and didn't find any better deal.

My agent is a fellow hunter and quite a character. Great customer service.

When my parents lived in Spring they had Germania coverage on their house for many years. They had a little roof damage during Ike and got dropped.

Germania is a very good insurance company (as far as insurance companies go).

Been w/ them about 18 years. Switched from USAA and have been very happy.

I rarely get on here anymore but I have been writing insurance for 20 yrs this year...most of all that time with Germania. I am an independent agent- but place all I can with them. Great company. I have countless clients that have had multiple claims- as one mentioned above Couple others on here could attest after multiple claims on auto they are still even in preferred market. Few yrs ago they were getting off some risk in Houston and other coastal areas. Non renewed some people in those areas if only had house- kept anyone that had more than just home..... some guys mentioned above had be victims of that....I can assure you had nothing to do with filing a claim....in fact they have been the most easy going company I have ever seen on not non renewing people- some that I felt should have been even. Anyway....I have had all my insurance with them after leaving Farm Bureau years ago as an agent and have been nothing but more pleased with them. Rates have gone up some , everyone's have lately but weather has been crazy, cost of vehs has sky rocketed, and it is what it is.... but around here anyway we are still the choice locally by far! My best salesman are my clients that have lost everything in complete fire losses, home, multiple vehs, boat, camper, tractor, etc...all in same claim all with Germania! Nothing but praise! I appreciate all my clients.... and I have a lot of TBHers - cant write in a lot of areas these days but I can still praise the company....and I do write through others.

My agent is not very good looking

But he does get all of my business now. I started using JT and Germania about 4 years ago when we bought the place in Sutton County. Recently my wife and I switched our home and vehicle to Germania. No claims knock on wood.
