What’s this pay cash thing I’ve been seeing on here?

I hardly drink unless I’m at the deer lease or on a boat.

I put my leftover beers in the fridge after my last deer lease trip. 2 weeks later they are all still there, minus 1 that was used for cooking.

If you have German blood, I am pretty sure you are supposed to drink alcohol everyday. My great grandfather, lived to be 101, he drank beer everyday. He was very healthy at 100 years old, lived by himself, had a car he drove all the time, had a 80 year old girlfriend. What got him, was he slipped and fell on some ice one day, broke his hip, so he got put in a nursing home and caught pneumonia. He got over that, his hip healed and he was ready to go home. But a nurse tried to pick him up and make him go to bed, but dropped him, which broke his hip again. Then he caught pneumonia again. So my family took him out of the nursing home, he never recovered. I am sure had he not gone through that crap, he would have lived to be 110 or so.
His older sister, was nowhere near as healthy as he was, she drank red wine everyday, she lived to be 108. They were old Germans.
My grandmother, my great grandfather's daughter, did not drink much alcohol at all. She only lived to 82.

My wife's parents are German also, for being in their 70s, they are in pretty good condition, very active for their age. They drink everyday, they drink a bit much everyday. I think alcohol is good for you more so as you get older, but definitely a lot is probaby not good for you.

I quit drinking in my early 20s because I decided not to go down the road many of my family members did.
After my second cardiac incident in my early 40s the doc put my 5th stent in and came to the room the next morning to talk about diet and lifestyle changes.
After he told me if I didn't follow his instructions I wouldn't make it til Christmas he wanted to know if I had any questions.
I asked him if I could have a beer with all the pills I'd be consuming. He said I thought you didn't drink. I said yeah but if I'm gonna die before Christmas I'm dang sure gonna enjoy a few beers first.
That was in 2007. Beer saved my life.

I save my 3-4 daily beers for the weekend. Only need to be hungover 1-2 days a week vs all of em. I’m too old to drink much at all and function much the next day. And I’m really not that old.

I work 14 days on and 7 days off. I almost never drink on a work night. but on my days off ill usually have 1-2 every night and 1-2 nights of that week will go all out ( usually my wifes idea ).

last week we both got into a bottle of Don Julio.

Buff, just let her know she shouldn't complain about your faults or bad habits. It's those little imperfections that may have kept you from getting a better wife.

Not every day not even every week, but I do enjoy a cold beer occasionally with some good Mexican food or hanging out with friends.

For 2+ years I drank every single night. I never missed a day. I would buy a six pack of 16oz bud light including 24oz can as a reserve. Oh, and a pack of cigarettes. I used to spend at least $400 a month on beer. I've stopped now that I'm married and have my girls, but I still get calls from the grave every now and then.

I don't drink when I'm on shift (7 on, 7 off), but I like to have one or more drinks several evenings on my days off. The Moscow Mule is my current drink. My wife and I would both drink red wine, but it gave me bad headaches the next day, so I switched.

I don’t have a drink(s) every single evening, but most of the time I do. Usually a couple before dinner. Once I eat, I’m done.

I drink every day, sometimes a couple of 24 ouncers other times 12 to an 18 pack. Wife doesn't give me a problem with it since I always get stuff done. She would rather me drink at home instead being at a bar so that's a plus. I might also have a double tequila shot or 3. Never have trouble getting up for work either. Also smoke cigars every day. Work hard play hard. Just get your **** done and call it good.
