Here lately I've been drinking a beer or 2 about 5 or 6 nights a week. On a Friday or Saturday night I might drink 3 or 4. I used to not drink much at all but I have been drinking different craft beers and I keep finding more I want to try.
I used to till we had a kid. I’ll have a beer or glass of wine with dinner once she’s down but that’s it these days. I may or may not get to sleep through the night depending on her so I’d rather be able to function on minimal sleep than be 4 beers in to the night and be comforting a baby

I was the same way. Give it two more years and she'll drive you to drinking!
I am addicted to alcohol. I drink to fuel a habit/addiction. I control my consumption, I don’t let the alcohol control my consumption. I drink to relax. Not to get drunk. My wife will tell you in the 16yrs we have been together she may have seen me drunk five times. All at family functions.
I really like beer. I skip a few days here and there but drink one or two beers pretty much every evening. I enjoy an occasional bourbon but don’t keep it in the house. We keep wine in the house but half a glass is plenty for me. I really like beer. (Did I say that already?)
I drink a beer or two with dinner just about every day but rarely ever exceed two. I used to drink tea with dinner but it keeps me awake now so I drink a beer
