Antique finish on mine. Just has that traditional look to me. I like the dark/light contrast. Plus, I'm just not too big on a bunch of gold. That's just me.....

Natural for mine and did not wear for about 14 years but now wear it again last couple yrs. Mary what a true treasure you have in that ring of 1926 that is neat. Congrats and good luck down the road. You will be happy with the choice of natural.

When you replaced it, did they still pay for half? I had mine stolen in 2001 and never have replaced it. I hardly wore it, so didn't see the need but wished I had one now. I don't wear any jewelry not even wedding ring, but I think I would wear it when not working.

I have always liked the natural better. Stands out more. You will be suprised over the years how many conversations it starts. I have had ags come up and talk to me in the craziest of places. Mine is natural and 10K. Congrats.

Smith, I think if you have to replace it, you have to pay full price. Not 100% sure though. How's the horse business?

                    I think mine was $289 in '93. I have the 10k natural.

I got my ring in 2005, and lost it in the surf in South Padre within 24 hours. I was trying to throw an empty keg as far as I could (I may or may not have consumed some of the keg beforehand). It didnt go as far as my ring did. There were 20 aggies walking arm in arm shuffling in the surf for an hour, and we never found it. I got another one, and bought it a couple sizes smaller.

I like the natural style, and mine now has a pretty antiqued look to it anyways.

                      Congrats!

Congratulations on getting to order your ring. I went with the antique finish when i ordered mine last year but either way you go you'll love it once you get it. It's a heck of a feeling.

Good choice. IMO the natural color is the most easily identifiable.

Antique 10k for mine, but I may try the lacquer thinner, I lost my first and it was the natural, boy did it shine, went with antique on new one, like both, either way you will be proud to wear it.
