    I've been slacking again. Chest and tris on Monday. Back and bi's yesterday, off today. Shoulders in the morning.

      I had good intentions, but something tore my stomach up overnight. It's a good thing I didn't go and try and push through it. It could have been messy!

        A good day today. Stomach issues are gone (thankfully) so it was time for a chest and bicep day. A little walk on the treadmill followed by 3 warmup sets on flat bench and bicep curls then 3 working sets of 8-10 reps. Supersets.

        Seated wide grip press/preacher curl
        Incline bilateral press/standing barbell curl
        Inverse grip bench press/incline dumbbell curl
        Incline cable fly/hammer curl bar

          Hit the trails for just under 14miles yesterday. Nice day to ride for sure. Today is even better after that little cool front rolled thru.

          My buddy decide to make his ride more exciting...

              After I finished yesterday's (should have been Tuesday's) workout, the wife and one of her friends brought a truckload of children's books to the house. Full bed, stacked above the sides of the bed, probably 20 something boxes about 30-40# each. I got a second workout hauling boxes in the house for them to "go through." Then just before midnight, I got to haul them back out to the truck.

              11-11-11 challenge today. Got a day behind, so I combined what should have been yesterday's workout and today's.
              #1
              11 box jumps.
              11 burpees.
              11 pistol squats each leg.
              11 burpees.
              11 split leg squat jumps each leg.
              11 burpees.
              11 handstand push-ups (done poorly again).
              11 burpees.
              11 inchworm plank walkouts.
              Under 11 minutes (9:58).
              I still hate burpees!

              Jackknives.
              Plank marches.
              Plank elbow to same knee.
              Really wasn't feeling it today and had to push myself more than normal.

                Reminds me of a buddy in college that did a gainer off the bridge on aquarena into the river to try and impress some chicks.

                Peroxide and butterfly bandages be as good as new with minimal scaring.

                    Happy Monday! Made it in this morning despite sleeping through my alarm. Back and triceps supersets. Treadmill warmup and 3 warmup sets followed by 3 working sets. 3X8-10

                    T-bar row/bodyweight dips
                    V-bar pulldown/skull crusher
                    Inverse grip row/overhead rope extension
                    Bodyweight ring pullups/kickbacks
                    wieghted crunches

                      Physioball hamstring curls.
                      Spiderman push-ups.
                      DB clean and press.
                      Pull-ups.
                      Tubing eccentric brake slammers.
                      Tubing face pulls with trap raises.
                      Tubing crossover trap/lat pulls.

                        1 minute low plank mountain climbers.
                        1 minute inchworm plank walkouts.
                        1 minute body weight squats.
                        1 minute rest.
                        Repeat for 4 sets total.

                          Spent too much time gabbing today and spotting for the GF. I'm gonna have to pick up the pace I guess.

                              Got a good one in today. Did some Push Press to a 3RM before hand

                              4 rounds:
                              500 M Row
                              10 Cleans at 135#
                              10 Toes to Bar


                              Did it in 18:31 and I was SMOKED

                                A good day for legs and shoulders. The treadmill stroll followed by 3 warmup sets and 3 working sets 3X8-10 supersets.


                                Military press/seated calf raise
                                Lateral raise/hack squat
                                Front plate raise/bilateral seated leg press
                                Bilateral shoulder press/crunch machine/leg extension
                                Rear delt cable pull/standing calf raise

                                I gotta get back on track. I'm missing at least 2 days a week or more.
