Open Carry ??

I wish I snapped a picture of the guy I saw open carrying in Academy this week.

Picture a nerdy all hat and no cattle type of guy and that was him. 1911 on a leg holster that was bouncing all around when he walked.

The leg holster is a more efficient way to carry for those with amplified jelly rolls. By the time you dig your pistol out from under all that it's over...

I think the better argument would be, why do I have to take a class to gain permission to carry?

I guess it's like the difference between giving a new employee a manual or putting them through hours of agonizing orientation where they get to be read the same thing off of a power point.
No excuse for not knowing the rules after the class.

Citizens that open carry are generally dufusses. A business can refuse to serve anyone and ask them to leave.

Conceal carry is the way to go.

You guys and your better than thou attitudes. Lots of folks open carry out here in Colorado. I am one of them. I have NEVER had a single negative comment in 3 years of doing so.

Open Carry ??

Sunday is usually the best day to open carry. Put on your OD green Infidel ( spelled in Arabic ) tight t-shirt, sporting the bedazzled jeans and freshly bought square-toed cowboy boots that have never stepped off pavement. Hop into your truck and head straight to Wal-mart to pick up the items needed for your veggie tray! Be overly friendly to everyone you pass, knowing deep inside your mind.... that you are truly.... are in fact, an American bad-azz!

Now that’s funny right there. I don’t care who ya are.
