Had a great weekend Jacob was over & doing great & on the mend! Well say the kid is TOUGH!! Doubt he'll be riding for awhile till he can build his confidence back up...

We went visited Skeeter Ranch, him & Scribner attempted to school Sandra & I on pool!

Well I guess all that bouncing around in the tractor this weekend paid off, nice slow drizzle all morning.

Here's a good pic of what an aerway can do to your food plots or along senderos. Each one of those holes is a mini oasis that will let air, nitrogen and water get to the roots and do some good.


Next month or so I'm going to the north end of our property and going maximum offset on the aerway and try to make Dove strips, hope to get alot of croton and other Forbs ginning

Been a great day so far, more to come. Breakfast with my son and nephew, then disassembled a tore up "big top" tent at the church and layed it out for repairs. Came home and mounted the tractor, hooked up the disc and put about 1000 lbs of logs on top of it. Disced the garden for my FIL and then stuck the dadgum thing doing a little dirt work behind the house, the F350 saved me one more time. Them Fords are tough. Did some more clean up in the pasture and finally called it done. Just took an 800mg Ibuprofen from picking up those logs and about to hit the shower. Got some friends headed this way to eat supper, play games, and spend the night.
Son and DIL are doing a little pond fishing, she scored.

Exceptional looking steaks D, glad you guys could get together. We had lunch at Shrimp Boat Many's in Livingston, 1 lb of boiled shrimp and the crawfish combo for me. I was hurting all afternoon cause I ate it all.
