One down...one to go. Mason graduated this past Saturday and will be a part of Team Blinn this coming fall. Very proud of our young man and wish him nothing but the best in the future.

Mason is the one pictured here in the middle...

Big congrats Kevin. Jeffrey is graduating next week. Last of the Chew Crew boys. Time flies.

        Whew what a weekend.
We had the annual crawfish boil in the river, water was depressingly low, so low that we didn't even let the crawfish tails and bodies get in the water.

24 hours later the river peaked at 12' above normal, we got rained out Sunday and barely made it out yesterday to get home.

Parents and a few others stayed behind and are still flooded in.
God is good. That was a 10 year rain up in the hill country, and boy was it needed.

I'll try to get some pictures up tonight.

Congrats to all our graduating seniors, been great watching them grow up on the green screen. Happy for the rain all over Texas this weekend, God is good.

Got rained out at work, took the 8hrs they gave me off and hammered the barndominium. I'll update pics on its thread after a sweet tea/beer break

Had a bad EKG yesterday so to celebrate I went fly fishing. This was the first customer on a little bead headed spider I made up. If I kick the bucket fly fishing then I'll be happy.

Bummer about the EKG, Mike. Somehow I think you will still be out living life instead of sitting around waiting to die!

What kind of fish is that?

I had a perfectly good EKG in 2008 except an artery was blocked 90% in 2 places.
Those machines aren't all they're cracked up to be. But, please checked it out.
                          And don't ever quit fishing.

Ah, Grasshopper, you point out the value of proper spelling and punctuation. It can completely change the meaning of the sentence!

Outliving life is, what, an oxymoron? Out living ( as in out there living) life is living life to its fullest.
