Grilled salmon and spinach salad with avocado, tomato, carrots, green onions, bell peppers, blackberries, parmesan cheese and jalapeno ranch dressing...it what was for supper. Excellent, if I have to say so myself! Sorry I don't have a picture.

Can't eat stuff like that, being on a diet and all. Had grilled pork chops, ranch style beans, and mac and cheese last night. This diet food is so bland.

An Awesome God Answers Prayers.

A friend of mine (Tommy) had heart transplant surgery on 01/24/12. On 01/25/12 less than 24 hrs after his surgery he was sitting up in bed eating, drinking, & smiling. He even stood up for a few moments later in the evening. Some might say he is a strong man. Well he is pretty strong, but we all know that God is there with him giving him the strength he is demonstrating. I just had to share this. Do we have an AWESOME GOD or what. ? Y'all have a great day.
