Happy 4th y'all. Made a little road trip loop yesterday, lunch at Al-t's in Winnie, driving the beach at Bolivar, stop for ice cream and a coke in Galveston, cross over San Luis Pass and drive through Surfside, cut back north at Freeport and run 288 to 59 back to the house by midnight last night. Caught up on my sleep today, it's all good.

Had a great 4th weekend at the beach. Hitting a twilight round with the pops... Great way to end the holiday weekend.

I won another ASA qualifier this weekend at CCBA. Had a great time but now Im covered in chiggers.

Nice Holiday weekend at the ERS and Lake Cisco, but I ended up working all day yesterday. Today is my last day home for awhile. I fly to Mobile, AL for a show for 3 days, then fly to Denver, CO for 5 days (3 day show, 2 days with the family), then drive to Austin for a show for 2 days, back to DFW for a show on Friday and then back to Austin for the TBH Golf Tournament. This time of year I am nomadic.

I can house sit for a couple of days while my camper is parked in PI!

I was supposed to fly back to FW last night, but decided to stay til this evening. Caught the island fireworks show from the boat in the Laguna last night, then a short fishing trip this morning.

We caught a few keepers, but mostly battled the grass.

I'm flying back to FW this evening to work for a couple of days, then back here on Thursday so I can drive the RV and family back home this weekend.

3 days of fishing and checking out the new yak. Looks like this is how Sylviahogboy and I will roll for awhile.
