This week, my family's life gets turned upside down. Tomorrow, movers show up to pack our belongings. By Friday, we'll be in a home that is not the one in which my kids have spent their first years. It's bittersweet. All-in-all, I think we'll be fine in the San Antonio area. But, we're leaving a large chunk of ourselves in Atascocita.

Fair winds and following seas my friend. Team Howard is priviledged to have shared some great times with you and yours over the past few years. We will miss you but also know that great times lie ahead in San Antonio for the Morris Crew.

Certainly understand leaving with a little hesitation and nervousness. I'll miss your place too and I have only been a hadfull of times.

It's easier for the rest of us to look forward to continued greatness in S.A, because we are confident that is exactly what will happen.

I'm also pumped about it partly because I know how seriously you embrace your roll as husband and father and because I know you guys will thrive in the new home.

You already documented the fire outta Atascocita. Your kids will forever be able to step back in time and relive the memories.

No doubt his is going to be great.

My girls headed off for camp on Saturday so they left presents for me to open when they were gone on Sunday.

Seven year old Neely drew me a great picture (she's actually a pretty good artist) and my 12 year old Blaine wrote this...






I hope all Fathers enjoy the ride as much as I do. There are so many good Moms and Dads here that help me with solid example. Thank you.
