Mornin' all. Yesterday, I picked up a couple of bags of Chaffhaye to try out when I head to the lease next weekend to build a feeder pen. I left it in the garage overnight. Boy, it smells good in there this morning!

Cutting hours some...which is OK with me. Was working 24 per week, now down to 18. Just right.

I finally got my old tractor running again! I bought a 1963 Minnie Moe at an auction about a year ago for $750. About 2 months later the injector pump quit. 10 months and $1200 later I finally got her cranked up

When she was breathing on her own I had to step back, throw up my arms, and let out a holler! I wasn't sure if Ol' Minnie Mo would ever come back to life or not.

What a great weekend.My good friend and bowhunter Phil, made it back from Iraq.We had a a brief homecoming party before we left him with his family.Then we hopped in the cars Friday morning for a weekend of softball in McKinney.The heat was hot,but my girls were hotter.We tied for 5th place out of 20 teams.Not bad for our first tournament.

I know the feeling. My Kubota is getting a new head gasket. I'll be glad when I get her back.

We got all our crap to the house by noon Saturday, and it all finaly started to fall into place, and start looking like a home yesterday. I warmed up the tractor and mowed the pasture yesterday morning (and got a rockin sunburn), hung blinds, put stuff in the attic, organized my garage, and cooked a pot of beans. I've got to get some dish in the works, havn't watched a ball game since Thursday!

I have A LOT of work to do.

Monday morning and I'm riding the desk again...

After the services, I headed over to Wiemar to watch my nephew's Danbury Panthers put the hurt on Rogers to the tune of 24-13. It was hot but fun.

They play Bishop this Thurs.
