Marhsall (my 9 yr old) drilled him a hog last night with my 30-06. After Church today he began practicing with his bow. Said the next one is gonna get a broadhead.

Anyone else notice the little "logo" to the left of the address bar has changed?

It used to show the tbh arrow head, now its some little blue thing...cant really tell what it is.

It's an arrowhead on mine.

Just got in from a great hunt with Larry and Just Throw it (Jay). Good meeting another one of the good guys! Always fun hunting with Larry!

Glad to see you made it back safely, tgil!

Man, I think today was busier than yesterday. After staying up til after 1:00 this morning on the phone with Casey "guiding him" through the upgrade process (), I was up this morning for 7:30 praise/worship music rehearsal at Church, then Sunday School with the kids, followed by the worship service. During announcements, it was announced that the adult Super Bowl party would be at the Middletons, and the youth would be at another home! That was the first I'd heard of that! At the end of church, it was decided the youth would have their party at our house, too! So, we recruited a few of the youth to come help our girls clean.

After dropping the girls off at the house, we were back up to the church at 1 for our Financial Peace University session, then immediately to the grocery store for some throw down food and snacks, then back home at 4:30 to prepare for everybody's arrival at 5! Everybody just left, and now I have to read to prepare for the Partners in Prayer meeting I'm leading at 6:30 in the morning!

It's been a hectic weekend, but I've enjoyed it all!

Putting the lid on a very productive weekend.
Saturday morn took my cousin's husband and their 16 y.o. son to Spicewood where they both killed their first deer.
Quick trip to Bastrop for about 70 board feet of mesquite.
Date night with Kara. Kiddos at Grammy and Pops. Movie and dinner - Slumdog Millionaire.
Sun - skull cleaning and wood planing.

Life is good!

Had some good food and watched the best superbowl i have ever seen.
A good cap to a good weekend,and i have tomorrow off!!!!
