Here......after taking kids to mass, I am working on second pit of fajitas. First batch for the family for the week. This batch moving two houses down for superbowl party

Last night was burgers and redfish on half shell for kendra and me.

Boys shooting hoops, daughter doing homework and house smells of brownies (opps daughter done, after kiss on my cheek she grabs roller blades and exits stage right).

What a beautiful day!

Just too odd. I'm prepping the pit for fajitas as well. I'll be cooking enough to get us through the week. Our house smells of brownies too. The kids are just screwing around.

Just checking in and out. On my way to a Bowl Party so have to check back in after the game. Everyone have a good time

Still doing laundry as pay back for smarting off. Didn't get it all finished yesterday because happy hour broke out around 5 but may get it done today. Think I'll hunt all next week to get my respectability back. CHEERS !!!!

Got the water pump put on...now if it will just hold water. Had to order the valve cover gasket, be here Tuesday. Lotta hard work for an OLD man.

If y'all will allow me a little bragging.My daughter has been attending tryouts for the high school softball team.Her goal was to make varsity as a freshman.That didn't happen.She made JV.She was disappionted.I told her it was better to be on JV and play every game than be on varsity sitting the bench.Amazingly enough she agreed with me.The coaches have known her name for a couple years and have been waiting for her to get to high school.She was invited to practice with the varsity team Saturday.She made some of the varsity players look really bad.Both in defense and offense.When practice was over she just left the field with a big ole silly grin.I know it's not a big deal to most but I felt pretty good watching her outperform players a couple years older.Pics to follow throughout the season.

Amazing how this therad got started a few days ago and my Pastor brought up the fact that the lamps in the Temple had to be kept going day and night by the Priests. Awesome!
