I'm gonna try another way up 59 to corrigan. Cut across 287 (I think) to Crockett. Crockett is 20 miles east of me on hwy 7.

Nice ride that way, they use to serve a good breakfast at the Spitfire in Pennington. Or there is the little taco shop in Leggett on the right by the tire shop. Authentic Mexican breakfast.

Nice haul Gary, it is a beautiful weekend for sure.

Stocked my pond with fatheads, bluegills, and red-ears yesterday. Time to feed and wait and watch them grow.

My white bass place is 23 feet low. Nice catch stay with them. At least they keep these power plant ponds full of water.

So my tailgate wouldn't unlatch and come down so I popped the plastic shroud around the latch handle and found a rod had fallen down. Cheap little plastic keeper hootus had broken so I drilled a little hole through the latch rod and put a piece of haywire through the hole and wrapped it around in front of the lever and twisted a fence knot. Bet it won't fall out again. Thank God for haywire and duct tape.
