To many people losing weight and their blood work shows better results than with meds .
I feel better. My feet and back do not hurt. I was having to take heartburn meds have not taken a pill since I started keto.
I don't snore at night now , more energy. I use to get the shakes when my blood sugar dropped, now I can go 18-24 hrs with out eating with no problem.
It may not work for everyone but it works for me . The only draw back is my clothes don't fit any more!!!like
Fat is not always a bad thing.
And my #2 finally looks like a #2 again.

I spend 10-12 hrs a day on my feet climbing stairs scaffolds and pulling wrenches and leads .
