Longest shot on a hog with a handgun

What is the longest you've shot a hog (or any animal) with a handgun?

hog - my son shot a Javelina at 30 yards with a ruger blackhawk open sights. I shot a doe at about 60 yards with same gun.

        40-50 with a TC Contender 30-30.

That was the loudest non-braked gun I’ve ever shot.

Longest shot on a hog with a handgun

                85 yards

44 mag SW performance center. with red dot. Practice a lot on the 100 yd range with it. I also shoot NRA bullseye so I feel confident at longer range than most probably would.

I rolled this nasty thing while it was on the trot at 45 paces, so 45 yards giveor take a few. It was a free handed shot as well. Got out to open the gate at the entrance, and jumped the yote. Shot right before it topped the hill.Click image for larger version

55yds hog. .44 Ruger Redhawk 7.5” with Vortex red dot and 200gr Hornady XTP. I’m using 240gr XTP this year. Was little disappointing it didn’t drop 2 hogs and a doe I shot last year.

                              About 75yds with a Baretta Px4 40 cal.
I spotted a lone hog and it went to a pond and there was nothing around it but some tall Johnson grass and that is where it went and bedded down. I tried to close the distance but it stood up and was looking right at me. Wind was blowing 20 and gusting straight into my face. I aimed as best I could and it dropped in its tracks. I hit it in the neck and caught the spinal cord I guess. I walked up to it and there was about 10 piglets squeling. That is when the shooting really started. I managed to get a few of them but they were fast. Like I said I aimed and I used both hands down on one knee and I just got lucky but it sure felt good when I saw it drop.
