That is the wildcard I’m worrying about. Again, Texas should be fine but just go handle business and don’t let them hand around.

2018 CFB Fall Camp Thread

They do try really hard to pump up UT. Its the same every year with nothing of substance to base it off of. I’m not convinced the OLine is fixed. I’m also not convinced Ehlinger or Buechele can win a conference title. The defense lost some key pieces but should be the strength of the team again. They will have to navigate September to convince me otherwise. I think the ceiling for this years team is 9-3. That’s progress for TH. It starts soon.

Tom Herman said that the starting five on the offensive line are playing at "a level that no one has seen around here in a long time".

"This is also the first time in five years that we've gone back to back seasons with the same offense. First time in five years these kids have been able to take a deep breath and say I know what this is, I know what this means. I'm not learning a new language."

They win more games last year with better OL play. Good sign buddy. Think I’ll take a swig from the glass.

Fact . . Kellen Mond was 5-3 last year as a true freshman . .

Jimbo has been gushing over Mond's progress all of fall camp. He stated that he had an 80% completion percentage, including all drops, in practice last Thursday. He has been taking #1 reps ever since. His ability to run the ball will come in big time I believe. If he is even decently close to Starkel in the passing department, he should be the choice I think. No reason to ever doubt Jimbo when it comes to QBs.

The depth chart answers the question about Anderson starting at Tackle and Hudson not being in the two deep we had about a week ago.

This OLine should be better and if they are better, Texas has the chance to win more ball games. They have added Anderson (Grad Transfer), have more depth, and new coach. It will be what I watch the most on game 1.

If we lose to the turtles again, it will probably happen. I didn't handle getting beat by them last year so well.
