The green on the patch tells me there is copper in the barrel. However, they may fire them before they go out the door.

I expect they would or a random fire inspection. However this appears to be many rounds, or a few rounds with cheap ammo.

Shoot it. If it groups, hunt with it. Any time you buy something sight unseen, you're buying a pig in a poke. If you're really upset, talk to Gunbroker.

Kind of, have to now, or go through a claim process. I’m very paticular in breaking in a rifled barel and now don’t have that chance. Additionally, I paid a new price not a used price. Savvy?

Not NIB in my opinion. That’s the risk of buying online. You can message him and see if he does partial refund or you can just give him a bad review.
