I got here around 130 and made it to the stand at 3. Seen 15 deer now so far so activity has definitely picked up here. Just not sure where our older deer are....

We had one of our bigger bucks slip up this weekend locked on a doe. Armando has been hunting this deer for 2 months and never would come in daylight hours. Water valley rut report is it its on!

Not many if any mature bucks around feeders but driving I saw several big deer hard on doe and saw a big 8 try to mount a doe right next to the hwy Friday close to our place.

Our hunting is still tough, mature bucks still have the does heamed up and staying away from the feeders. See a little more corning roads and walking roads.

Yep it’s a tough time to be a bow hunter out west. If your toting a rifle find a high spot and glass as much as you can. They are on the move but a feeder at 20yd will be a tough set.
