I decided to repeat the last block of Body Beast. Not following the video, just the workout plan. Too much standing around talking on the video - hurry up and wait! I figured it would be a lot easier after completing 2 rounds of Athlean X, but it was about the same.
DB bench press 15-12-8 rep pyramid with 8 rep drop set.
Incline DB fly pyramid SS incline DB press pyramid with DS.
Close grip DB bench press pyramid giant set with partial chest fly pyramid and decline push-up pyramid.
Tricep extension pyramid with DS.
Single arm kick backs pyramid with DS, SS tricep push up pyramid.
1 minute tricep bench dips SS 1 minute in and outs.
