      Weighted dips
      seated calf raises toes straight
      Skull crusher
      Seated calf raises toes out
      overhead cable extension
      Seated calf raises toes in
      Vbar pushdowns
      Incline situps
      Hanging leg raises

        2 miles on the treadmill including 2 tabata sprint sessions
        Hit every muscle group with one excercise of 3-4 sets and high reps to ease the body back in

        10 minutes stretching in the sauna

          Hip bucks.
          Reverse lunge curls.
          DB clean and press.
          Tubing rotational chest press.
          Inverted rows.

            2000m row, 1 set of exercises for each body muscle group. Done. Taking the day off tomorrow to give my sore body a little recovery time and then back at it Monday.

              Back at it again today. I figured since my hip is gonna get replaced I might as well do some squats anyway. Legs and back today. 5 minutes treadmill then two warmup sets and 3 working sets. Again, moderate weight and high reps.

              Squat/Bent over barbell row/incline situp
              Leg extension/Bilateral lat pulldown
              Barbell walking lunge/wide grip row/hanging leg raises

              I did some other stuff, but can't remember now. Darn senior moments!

                  My upper hamstring has been talking to me since I did those two tabata sets the other day. Should be able to get back on the treadmill within a couple days for more sprinting.

                    All were 25x15x10x12

                    Was at a new Gym and signed up for a month as I was suppose to be moving to Houston and starting on Monday but work is keeping me here till early July.

                    Cardio will start tomorrow with Bi’s and Tri’s

                      400 challenge again today. I blew that mo fo out of the water.[emoji41] Went from 11:48 to 10:37. Changed my status from pro to elite and I went up over 2000 places on the leader board (7848 - 5801 [emoji23]). Inverted rows have gotten a lot easier. Sit-ups are holding me back now.

                          These...minus the tuck jumps. Added 10 minutes on the stair stepper which makes the elliptical and treadmill seem like nothing.

                              A good chest and bicep day. 5 minutes treadmill, 2 warmup sets, 3 working sets. Preworkout and caffeine kicked in good this morning.

                              Seated wide grip chest press bilateral/barbell curl
                              Seated incline chest press bilateral/z-bar curls
                              Incline chest press barbell/hammer curl bar
                              Incline chest fly/overhead cable curl

                              Incline fly was hitting every position from top to bottom. Complete a set, move the seat back a little lower, all the way to flat bench.

                              Tomorrow is shoulder day.
