    Spartan GoCam users....help

    I lost the ability to request a high res picture about a month ago. I can see the command when I log-in to my account on the computer but it never completes and sends the high res image. Anyone else having this problem? My cameras are AT&T. Thanks

      4-16 I believe. I saw an 8-2 update and pushed the update FW button on the website but nothing changed.

        Call them Hal, they will walk you through it I'll bet. They were very helpful to me in getting mine set up.

          Mine hasn't worked correctly for a long time. It hasn't been a big deal because I have the pictures emailed as well as use the app. The app has never worked correctly. Not being able to request hd stinks though.

            If you can’t get it to download/install the current fw over the air, you may need to put it on an SD card and do it manually. Call their support and let them walk you through it. What device are you using the app on?

              Ok I'll call them but my camera is 7 hours away.

                What version is your phone app? 1.8.8.7?

                I’m running my app on an iPhone 6+ w/o any issues. I think your Camera fw version is why you cannot get HD pictures. I don’t remember the timeframe but I know HD pics became a problem and was addressed via fw update. Not sure whether yours is out of date far enough to require it to be done manually or not. When requesting a fw update, be sure that there are no other pending commands.

                I’m running a Verizon, a Sprint, a US Cellular and 6 ATT GoCams on my app and am not currently seeing any app issues.

                  I don't know how to check the app version but there's no update available for it. It has never worked. I have always had to click on the app before it would download the pictures.

                      That’s how the iOS app has always worked. Notifications work to alert to tell you there’s a new picture, but you have to open it to DL them. You have to turn notifications on for the app in the iPhone settings menu.

                              1.8.8 is latest production iOS version.

                              Search under “Spartan Camera Management.”
