      I pushed 1 for technical help then after ringing for a long time it said "transferring to receptionist". Then it rang a long time again and the answering machine picked up and said it was Charlene and leave a message.

        FYI - I think your issue is likely firmware but I did notice my OS version is newer than yours. My cameras are Verizon and I've had them a couple years with no problems on getting HD pics.

          But my firmware is current now? I do need to update my OS but I didn't think that would affect the Spartan. I'll update it anyway.

            Oh, and I did text a buddy that uses a Verizon GoCam and he said his is working fine.

              I don’t think your os version is the issue. Like I said there was a point this year that HD request were not working on ATT cameras and it took a fw update to resolve it.

              It’s a good idea about once every month or so to go on the web portal and check for fw updates. April fw is about 3 or 4 updates behind right now. Worst case scenario is you have to manual update fw with sd card. Just make sure you get the correct one (IR or Blackout) to match your camera.

                Like I said earlier, it shows on their website that both my cameras are current now. What else should I do?

                  If your fw is 8/2 on both cameras you should be good to go. I cant think of any reason why app wouldn’t be working or HD requests. You have premium credits, correct?

                  Open app, go to camera management and just hit authenticate again to be sure app is synced with your cameras like it should be.

                      Man, this chat session is brutal! They ask a single question, I immediately answer, and I sit here for 10 minutes and wait for them to come back. Burned up my whole lunch hour to ask 4 questions and they're gone again.

                        Well whoever is on the chat says that my sd card is full and that's why I can't request HD. I told them the card has been full for over a year and it's worked fine until this month. He/she said that my sd card is destroyed from overwriting too much. lol I'm not sure how it's still sending pictures if my card is destroyed.

                          Im not sure about what they said concerning sd cards in general because I just don’t know the answer to that. But I do know the camera sends the picture before it is written to card.

                            Next time you go out to the Camera, take a new SD card or at minimum format the one in the camera and see if that cures the problem.

                            I don’t know how often you go to the camera, but even with overwrite on, I would still take the time to format the card with the camera.

                              I’ll take a new card when I go back. That support experience with the chat was terrible. I’d hit the camera with a bat before doing that again. I literally just got off of there and all he figured out was maybe I should call instead. Wow, lol

                                That's crazy. Please let us know if the new SD card works. A couple of other ideas:

                                1. Have you tried the old rebooting your phone?
                                2. Have you tried requesting an HD pic by logging into the portal from your computer?
