A stop limit reaches a threshold (whatever you set) before your limit order is set on the board to buy/sell. When the limit threshold is reached, it will execute the sale/buy

Had some TRX, made a few hundred bucks on it and sold it to buy verge, immediately lost that few hundo on verge. I’ll wait it out though. Looking into that ITNS now, not sure about that exchange though
