You aren't completing the tuning sequence (stopping one style of tuning before going to a different style of tuning) before you are jumping ahead. Pick one and stay with it and finish it completely before moving to the next one. Be patient and don't skip any steps before moving on. You will get there.

What would be the next step on the bare shaft? I had them hitting straight and the same POI as a normal arrow at 15yds consistently. Then when I put on a BH, I was still hitting right? What is the right thing to do at that point?

So you bareshaft tuned, did you walkback and/or broadhead tune after that or just shoot one broadhead and that was all. Just trying to understand, not being a smarty. From your last update it sounded like you are skipping around (if that makes sense).

One more thing, are you absolutely sure the bow specks are spot on? All of them.

Bareshaft tuning requires almost perfect shot execution and grip for every shot. The different results could be a form error, or something else, like contact, as you suggested.

Looks like horizontal nock travel due to excessive cam lean at full draw (not at rest).

Does the Diamond Black Ice have a split harness on the top cam?

If yes..... you will need to put a half twist in the left yoke and take a half twist out of the right yoke. You can move a bare shaft and hence a broad head tipped arrow all over the target with yoke adjustments. Continue in half twist adjustments until your bare shaft and field point hit in or close to the same hole at 20. When you shoot a bare shaft you are shooting an unguided missile. It must leave the rest perfectly to impact with your fletched arrow. Once you have your bare shaft and fletched arrow hitting together at 20 your broad head will hit right there with the fletched arrow.

This is what we did, a little yoke tuning and he was right where he needed to be.
