I was mad at myself for not having it on me and letting my guard down. No matter the circumstances they always show up when least expected. I'm just glad he rattled because I probably wouldn't have seen him otherwise. Quite a few that I've killed never rattled until they had a shovel in them.

Bout stepped on a timber rattler this evening while out walking my dog. Wise county
