That's a shame. I and my son shot Martin for years as they were affordable and the customer service was top notch. When they sold I switched. I would look on AT for another limb if money is tight. If not, go another direction.

She said all they would do is offer me about 25% off a new bow purchase. I told her that's not right.... I bought a bow with a lifetime warranty on the part that exploded and I shouldn't have to pay out of pocket to get a functioning bow. She said someone would call me within 24 hours to discuss but they won't do anything but discount a new bow. I asked her if she thought that was a good way to handle customer service and she said no but "it is what it is". They never even called me back. Call back and stand my ground or throw this Martin Bow in a dumpster and move on?

Hard to "stand your ground" when they just won't do anything about it. Sounds like they are doomed as a company.

That'd burn me pretty good. I'd proceed with a different manufacturer all together, but sidebar keep pursuing customer satisfaction from them. Warranty doesn't die with ownership, it dies with the BRAND. The brand is what the owners will back so push that angle on your spare time. Good luck. Martin is supposed to be one of the best in the biz. Make them prove it.
